Refund, Reschedule & Return Policy

Effective Date: May 19th 2025

Refunds are issued as store credit unless required otherwise by law.

At Guns-N-Such, we know that sometimes life throws a curveball. Whether your schedule changes, a product doesn’t work out, or something unexpected happens with a firearm transfer—we’re here to help make it right. Here's how we handle cancellations, returns, and FFL transfer issues.

📚 Training Classes & Events

Can’t Make It?

  • Let us know at least 72 hours in advance, and we’ll issue full store credit or help you reschedule—your choice!
  • If it’s less than 72 hours, we’ll do our best to offer one free reschedule or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
  • No-shows without notice aren’t eligible for credit or rescheduling.

If We Cancel:

If we ever need to cancel due to weather, instructor availability, or anything else, you’ll be given:

  • A free reschedule, or
  • Full store credit—whichever you prefer

🛍️ Product Returns

Gear, Accessories & Apparel

  • Return non-firearm items within 14 days if they’re unused and in original packaging.
  • Store credit will be issued to your account or email.
  • You’ll cover return shipping unless we sent the wrong or defective item.

Firearms, Ammunition & Safety Gear

  • All firearm and ammo sales are final due to federal and state regulations.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on firearms, ammunition, or personal safety gear once transferred or used.
  • If there’s a mechanical issue, we’ll help you work with the manufacturer’s warranty.

🔒 Firearm Transfers & FFL Policies

Buying a gun to ship to your preferred FFL? Great! Just be aware:

  • You are responsible for confirming you’re legally eligible to receive and own the firearm in your location.
  • If your chosen FFL cannot complete the transfer for any reason (e.g., failed background check, paperwork error, or local law restrictions):

Here’s What Happens:

  • Let us know within 7 days of the denied transfer.
  • Return the firearm to us in its original condition via your FFL.
  • Once received and inspected, we’ll issue store credit minus:
    • Original shipping cost
    • Return shipping cost
    • 15% restocking fee
  • No credit will be issued if the gun is damaged or returned more than 30 days after shipment.
  • If the firearm is prohibited in your area and the order was placed anyway, the sale is considered final.

💳 How Store Credit Works

  • Store credit is issued as a digital code or account balance.
  • It can be used online or in-store and never expires.
  • It can be applied to training, gear, or future purchases.
